Thank you for visiting my shop. When you buy books directly from me, it means that all the income from my books goes directly to me – no middlemen taking their cut. Talking about money makes we creative types a little squirmy, but I think most people would rather enable my Haribo addiction…sorry…I think most people would rather support the author than a large corporation. 

By selling my books directly to you, I have control *mwah ha ha* – that’s my evil genius laugh. This means I can offer discounts and deals that third parties don’t allow. Winner, winner, chicken dinner all round. 

Finally, although the books and other products are made and shipped by (carefully chosen) companies, nobody is immune to the occasional cock-up. If there’s a problem or you want to give some feedback, you are dealing with me and other real human beings who will do all we can to make things right. No AI, no chat bots. Proper, old-fashioned, actual humans who get up in the morning, sometimes remember to put trousers on and then check their emails over their cornflakes.
